What is GellyBall?
GellyBall is an action-packed activity played on our paintball field but with a twist! It uses an automated electric blaster that shoots water-based pellets about the size of a pea. These pellets are gentle, leaving no stains, no mess, and little to no pain when you’re hit. Hey, if you’re 6 or older, this is the perfect option for anyone looking for the thrill of paintball without the sting!
Will I get paint on me during GellyBall?
GellyBalls are 100% water-based and oil-free, so they won’t leave any marks or stains. However, since GellyBall is played on the paintball field, there’s a slight chance you might brush against some leftover paint. No worries though—just wear something comfy that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty!
How much does paintball hurt?
That depends on your pain tolerance! While we use low-caliber paintball guns, they can still sting a little. For extra comfort, we recommend wearing long sleeves, hoodies, or athletic pants. If you’re worried about the sting, GellyBall is a great alternative—it’s just as fun but pain-free! (Perfect for the kids too—paintball is best for ages 10 and up!)
Do paintballs stain your clothes?
Good news: paintballs aren’t actually “paint.” They’re oil-based and come right out with a quick wash on hot with regular detergent. So, no stains and no stress for your washing machine!
What does Crossfire provide for parties?
We’ve got the basics covered: tablecloths (usually red, blue, or white), plates, napkins, forks, and cups. We’ll hook you up with all the gaming gear and safety equipment too. And, of course, we bring the fun! Whether it’s GellyBall, paintball, or Nerf, our team makes sure everyone has a blast!
How do the parties work?
Here’s the scoop: You’ll get an awesome hour of guided gameplay with one of our Activity Leaders, followed by 45-60 minutes of party time in our giant party room. Each group gets 4 picnic tables (that’s room for up to 40 people!) plus a special table for all your party goodies. Trust us—it’s the perfect recipe for an unforgettable day!
What is included in a party package?
We’ve got you covered with all the gaming gear, safety equipment, plates, napkins, forks, cups, and table coverings. Bring 8 or more players (up to 40), and we’ll handle the rest! Our awesome Activity Leaders will run the games, and you’ll even get to pick your favorite games from our game sheet—or let us surprise you with the best ones!
I didn't get a confirmation email, what do I do?
If you didn’t see our email, it might have landed in a subfolder like Social, Updates, or Junk. Search for “Crossfire” in your inbox. Still can’t find it? Give us a ring—we’ll resend it super quick!
How does check-in work?
We’ll send you a link to share with your guests for super-easy check-in before the big day. If they don’t get to it beforehand, no sweat—it only takes about 3 minutes to sign up when you get here. Just try to swing by about 15 minutes early so we can get everyone ready for the fun!
Can I bring in food?
Absolutely! Bring on the party snacks! Most groups bring drinks, cake, and even order pizza. We’ve got sodas you can buy individually, but the food spread is all yours to plan. Just remember to bring ice if you need it—that’s the one thing we don’t stock!
Can I add extra players to my party?
Of course! You can add players online when booking, or we can add them at the door. Extra players are billed at the “Open Play” rate if they exceed your reserved group size.
What happens if some players don't show up?
We charge for “up to” the number of players booked. Refunds aren’t issued for no-shows unless there’s a significant issue, but we always try to work with you to make things right—it’s just common sense!
What does booking a private field mean?
What happens if I don't book a private field?
If you have a smaller group, one of three things could happen:
You might have the field all to yourself.
Another group could share the same slot.
Open players could join your game.
Don’t worry—we use common sense when matching groups, so we won’t put teenagers in a GellyBall arena with 8-year-olds.
When is open play available?
Open Play times vary. Call us to find the best time, and we’ll do our best to fold you into an existing group or book a time slot just for you.
Can I book a party on an off-day?
Yes! We’ll try to make it work. There’s usually a $50 fee to open the facility, but we’re happy to help find the perfect slot for your party.
Do you provide ice?
No, we don’t provide ice, so plan to bring your own if needed.
What local restaurants deliver to Crossfire?
DoorDash delivers a variety of options, but Pizza Hut and Domino’s are fan favorites. Delivery usually takes 20–30 minutes, so plan ahead!
